A hard-working individual who looks at solving problems through products can look beyond user interviews and feedback. Self-starter, who has a love for analyzing & tracking user psychology while using a product and looking to solve a genuine problem in society.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company & product to revolutionise the Indian Higher Education system.
• Steer the vision & mission of the company's products.
• Build and manage a team of product managers
• Setup the foundations of good practices in product management
• Be single-handedly responsible by working with founders to build a product feature roadmap and get it implemented by the engineering team.
• Set up the campus social network and build products, and features which 1. Add value to the college students 2. It is fun and entertaining for them.
• Build product lines and features that engage, educate, retain & help college students in their college journey.
• Product Leadership: You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our student community platform, which aims to provide a comprehensive and high-quality learning experience to Tier 2 and 3 students. Your vision and strategic direction will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap.
• Strategy and Vision: You will work closely with the executive team to refine and drive the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and objectives. Your insights and expertise will contribute to the long-term vision for transforming the Indian education system.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to ensure a seamless product development process. By fostering effective communication and teamwork, you will guide the product development lifecycle and drive innovation.
• Analyze EventBeep product & user behavior through Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, UXCAM, Amplitude

Qualifications

• 5+ Year experience in Product Management & startups
• Helped build & scale a startup from 0 to 1
• Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives, ideally in consumer apps or related industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent understanding of user experience, design principles, and best practices.
