Responsibilities
Selected applicants’ day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Grow and manage our content team.
- Ideate, manage, and execute compelling branding and social media content for our founders and the company.
- Dream up and launch innovative content channels that captivate our audience.
- Define, design, develop, and execute our brand and social media strategy.
- Manage influencer campaigns and their content to boost our brand presence.
- Organize and lead exciting offline events on college campuses and other marketing activities.
- Be the mastermind behind original content (images, memes, GIFs, videos, etc.) and oversee the entire lifecycle from idea to execution.
- Develop short, mid, and long-term content plans that align with our monthly social media goals.
- Launch and grow “Students Talk-Show” channels, interviewing celebrities and influencers to engage and inspire college students including our Sharks - Aman Gupta, Ashneer Grover
- Curate, schedule, and execute a killer social content calendar for all our pages.
- Create, nurture, and grow a vibrant social media community that drives business impact.
- Manage online reputation and stay ahead of social media trends, news, and trend jacking.
- Oversee content creators and influencers for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and our website blogs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Creative Flair: A true creative individual with a passion for content.
